Board Support

Our team has experience of acting as interim directors. We realise that there are times when the Board may just need a little extra support; in terms or resource, experience or just to provide a challenge to the present situation and future plans.

ClashStreetCo partners can act as interim directors, providing specific hands-on extra resource to help with finances, cash flow and re-organisation.  Alternately, we are also able to act as non-executive director support, providing an experienced sounding board to management.
